Wymagania
Person handling this position will be responsible for Application Technical Management in area of MS SharePoint Server. Main responsibilities:- Design SharePoint topology and infrastructure for international clients
- Work with networking, storage, virtualization and other infrastructure teams to setup up and maintain business critical SharePoint farms.
- Manage various DR tests, including failing over to a secondary physical location
- Manage large scale deployments, including dedicated search\services farms
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction
- Knowledge sharing and provide trainings for second line support team
- Guide and assist other team members as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Fluent communication in English
- 5+ years' experience in supporting and maintaining SharePoint in an enterprise environment
- 3+ years' experience in administering SharePoint Server 2007 or 2010
- 2+ years' experience in administering SQL Server 2008 or 2012
- Strong knowledge on SQL clustering, log shipping, mirroring , performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Configuring/troubleshooting service applications such as Search, User Profiles, Managed Metadata, Business Data Connectivity, PowerPivot for SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services and other Enterprise and BI features
- Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems, analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.
- Fluent in PowerShell scripting for maintenance, solution deployment and automated installation
- Experience with administering/configuring IIS 7 (authentication, encryption, etc.)
- Experience with provisioning and configuring SharePoint solutions, sites, workflows, web parts and master pages using the SharePoint UI and SharePoint Designer
- Experience Microsoft OCS 2007 R2\Lync 2010
- A solid understanding of core Active Directory technology.
- Familiarity with Windows Server product family, including DNS, GPO, Load Balancing, failover clustering, SMTP, Windows Firewall, etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Project Server, Threat Management Gateway, BizTalk and Exchange 2010
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMWare
- Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communications
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Prior experience with monitoring tools would be a plus
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional certification for SharePoint or SQL Server is a plus
- ASP .NET and SharePoint developer background is a plus
