Key Skills:
Good knowledge of JavaScript
knowladge of OOP and design patterns
ability to write clean code
experience with any version control system
good command of English language
Nice to have:
ActionScript 3 or Java
PIXI.js or Easel.js
GIT
experience in game development or visually rich applications
Canvas or WebGL
HTML, CSS
