You are:
A passionate individual for the latest technology. You are an outstanding coder who can work within a fast-paced team developing against the latest technologies. Software Engineers will have the opportunity to join a global, high-performing, cross-functional team delivering a location intelligence software and data solutions.
You will:
- Design, develop, test and implement a virtual meter that replicates the functionality of a physical postage meter.
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Develop and conduct program unit tests; develops test plans and data and performs testing to verify that the programs function correctly and to ensure that modifications have not caused error in other parts of the program, interfacing programs and interfacing systems.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research and investigation.
- Review and analyze .NET programs to gain a detailed understanding of the implementation of the underlying business functions.
- Identifies and resolved production problems and documents problem definitions.
- Coordinate analysis and programming functions in .NET Framework for IT assignments
Your background:
- At least 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in C# experiences
- Experience working in small team as well as independently
- Strong knowledge of design and architecture patterns
- Working knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Web Services, WCF, .NET 4.x framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL, ADO.NET
- Basic knowledge of cryptography is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area is preferred
