Android System Tester for R&D Telecommuncation Lab

For the large international telco company, we create the R&D laboratory and looking for the following specialists.

Work experience:
Over 2 years of developing/testing related working experience; familiar with testing tools and methods.
for Senior role only:
More than 4 years’ experience in the area of Android products test, have rich experience of mobile phone product test analysis and design, automated development and testing.

Responsibilities:
1.       Android phone software features and applications testing design and execution.
2.       Knowing about the local user behavior, find issues of user experience.
3.       Bugs reproduction, including collect and analyze scenarios of bugs, try to reproduce bugs and catch logs.
4.       Develop and execute automation scripts, using Python/Java.
5.       Preparing test resource, setting up test environment. Performs other related duties as required.
for Senior role only:
6.       Responsible for mobile phone testing, including requirement analysis, test design, defect location analysis and automated testing.
7.       Responsible for analyzing the requirements of Carriers, tracking the access process and providing precise testing strategies.
8.       Manage test environment, including the establishment of testing environment, maintenance test environment.
9.       Responsible for project management, including test progress management, risk management and quality management.

Professional knowledge:
1.       Familiar with Android system and functions, familiar with GMS applications and local 3-rd party applications.
2.       Be able to actively communicate with team members and R&D colleagues to ensure rapid solution of problems and smooth delivery of products.
for Senior role only:
3.       Familiar with test theory, mainstream testing method and automation test technology.
4.       Familiar with Android system application, and can focus on a certain field for test analysis and design.
5.       Familiar with basic functions of Android, familiar with GMS applications and local 3-rd  party applications.
6.       Be able to actively communicate with team members and R&D colleagues to ensure rapid solution of problems and smooth delivery of products.

Professional skills:
1.       Good communication skills and be able to work with management and team workers.
2.       Can work independently, good team working spirit, open minded and willing to learn new technologies.

Able to work independently
Able to lead others in work (for Senior Role)
