What we require?
Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in JavaEE programming (EJB),
Fluent English (at least good in speaking),
Practical knowledge of design patterns,
Knowledge of UML,
Creativity, responsibility and teamwork ability.

Knowledge of frameworks/technologies like: Spring, Hibernate, XML, ESB, Swing SWT, Boost, Webservices,
