He/she should be an individual with hands-on experience and great drive in coding and architecting applications to lead a team of like-minded individuals (from Warsaw and/or remote) and cooperate with both technical and non-technical peers and internal customers. The team is planned to be around 5-people strong in 2019, and work as a part of a bigger global Data Engineering structure.
The task at hand is a new Data Platform for both technical and non-technical specialists who rely on data in their projects and decision-making. The platform is being developed to ensure the right people have the right data at the right level of granularity across all brands and divisions. Whether it's a Marketing Specialist who is thinking up a new campaign or a Data Scientist working on Machine Learning development, the platform is designed to deliver to them the best possible results through the use of new technologies and thorough requirements analysis.
If you:
- have a very good command of Python and used another OOP language(s)
- work with any of popular Big Data solutions and a number of our key technologies
- are interested in Data Science / Machine Learning
- led a project in an international environment
