Java Developer & Team Leader

Requirements:
- 3 + years' Java development experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring JDBC, Spring REST) 
- Javascript frameworks and front-end development 
- Webservices – HTML & CSS
- Backend Oracle SQL / stored procedure knowledge 
- Linux or Unix working knowledge 
- Agile experience 
- Fluent command of English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic

Responsibilities:
- ‪Leads team for the complete integration lifecycle beginning at design, architecture, and interface/service design through implementation
- ‪Performs architecture, design, and review of policies for integration development with respect to adherence to standards, enterprise models, and best practices
- ‪Supports the full lifecycle implementation 
- Leads day-to-day development and maintenance activities 
- ‪Contributes to design and engineering
- ‪Contributes to defining and estimating timelines, costs, and feasibility for integration projects
- Designs and/or documents process models and flows, rules, and solutions
- Mentors junior staff
