The company is looking for an employee for the position:
Development Team Leader (Java)
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Architecting and developing new features on the backend as modules/ micro services
- Analysing tasks and providing estimates
- Automating manual processes
- Creating integrations with external interfaces (like Google Maps, Alexa)
- Building the new tech team including tasks like setting internal processes, screening and interviewing candidates with checking technical skills
- Onboarding candidates and leading the day-to-day work with technical support
- Experience of working in developing companies on position like Senior Developer, Team Lead or Tech Lead
- Proven technical leadership commercial experience where you have successful delivered complex projects
- Strong knowledge of Java (backend), Node.js, Sql/MySql or PHP
- Very good analytical skills
- Very good command of English
- A high level of motivation, quick to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Stable job in professional team
