Requirement Analyst- Analityk ds.Inżynierii Wymagań

Dla Klienta z Gdańska poszukuję osoby do roli ANALITYKA ds. INŻYNIERII WYMAGAŃ.

Osoba na tym stanowisku współpracować będzie z product managerami, product ownerami i developerami, brać udział w planowaniu i rozwoju produktu.

Idealny kandydat powinien posiadać analityczny umysł, doświadczenie w pracy z Agile i Scrum, znać elementy i narzędzia procesu Inżynierii Wymagań, znać język angielski na bardzo wysokim poziomie- min B2/C1. Mile widziane doświadczenie w środowisku Scaled Agile oraz znajomość Jira i JAMA Contour.

Main tasks will be:

•             Cooperation with product management and other product owners in product planning through requirements development and analysis.

•             Collaboration with Development Team as a Product Owner to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner;

•             Write requirements in form of user stories and features according to standard templates using clear language;

•             Check the progress at the end of every sprint through demonstrations.

•             Decomposing high-level business and user needs into functional requirements and features/user stories validation points;

•             Elicit requirements using different methods;


The Candidate should have:

•             Understand of the Requirements Engineering (process, methods, techniques, and tools);

•             Capability to work under minimal control;

•             Proficiency in an Agile / Scrum team environment;

•             Be organized and able to act in a structured way;

•             Independent, flexible, team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude;

•             Superb analytical and problem solving skills;

•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

•             Ability to work independently and in a team;

•             Very good English skills (written and spoken).


It would be a plus if the Candidate had:

•             Expertise in Scaled Agile environment;

•             Experienced user of Jira, JAMA Contour tools.
