- Management and verification of team work
- Work organization, planning, retrospectives, demos and other Agile/Scrum related ceremonies
- Cooperation with the team and business in setting objectives for the team and implementation of other activities and communicate the progress of sprints and releases through team velocity, burn down charts, successful builds and deployments and other metrics
- Conducting the team's work in accordance with the principles of SCRUM, Kanban, XP, BDD, ATDD and TDD
- Caring for continuous improvement of Scrum standards in the team, removal of emerging barriers / blockades and cooperation with other teams in the organization to manage dependencies
We expect:
- Minimum 2 years Agile projects delivery of experience
- Excellent communication skills and the sense of observation
- Very good command of English
- Experience with the SDLC, coding, build, test, QA, deployment and maintenance and with service orientated architecture
