The Campaign Manager with languages (English or French or Italian or Portuguese) develops and produces emailing/SMS campaigns for SPLIO customers – from defining the need for support to sales teams, to technical design and implementation. Standing as a guarantor of technical feasibility, he/she proposes the solutions, in the respect of the service quality and sustainable relations built by SPLIO with its customers. Campaign Manager builds and tests email campaigns, verifying layout, links, and dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam risks.

DUTIES AND MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. Ensures campaign marketing creation of French clients
  • Link between France and Poland during marketing campaigns realization
  • Analyses the technical feasibility of the demand on new projects
  • Advises and guides the customer when it comes to technical solutions
  • Receives the customer’s elements via the management platform in order to develop the campaign and have the client validate the proof
  • Builds and tests email campaigns, verifying layout, links, and dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam risks
  • Sets the campaign elements: HTML/CSS integration, tests creations, sets up tracking
  • Validates line items and launches as per the schedule provided by the customer

2. Produces the campaign up to post-campaign reporting
  • Manages the technical relationship with the client during the campaign
  • Ensures compliance with the contractual elements (deadlines, technical specificities…)
  • Alerts his/her manager about possible malfunctions and proposes solutions
  • Reports to the customer post-campaign with the analysis of databases (subscribers, unsubscribers, assets, segmentation …)

3. Provides technical skills on pre-sales and customer relationship management
  • Takes part in drafting the documentation and training supports of the teams on platform functionalities
  • Assists the Customer Success Manager in analysing customer needs and identifying solutions
  • Monitors emailing and web technologies

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1. Knowledge & Expertise Know How
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS programming languages
  • Medium knowledge of Responsive Design,
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver
  • Know the practices of e-commerce
  • Proficiency in English (min B2) and Polish (min B2)
  • [Knowledge of French/Italian/Portuguese would be a plus]

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Working in Warsaw, in the middle of the cultural and business city center area, two steps from Chmielna street, Philharmonic Concert Halland Świętkorzyska metro station. Office in the old, renovated tenement house.
  • Full time job (to discuss). Employment contract for trial period. After 3 months the possibility to start long time cooperation.
  • Possibility to work in international company that has its subsidiaries in three different continents.
