Technical Support

We are looking for Technical Support to aid developer teams in achieving effective technology solutions.

Working on this position you will:
Proactively look for patterns/schemes that impact development environment effectiveness and provide ongoing feedback to the developer’s team
Locate and define improvement opportunities, reporting bugs and identify areas to increase efficiency
Ensure the team is implementing solutions to minimalize bugs or deviations
Support clients integrating ANIXE solutions, support client’s technical queries
Take care of the highest quality of relations with our clients
Build and develop a strong working relationship with our IT team in order to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
Be the XML business expert that uses our internal XML monitoring tool
Work with product teams to put together a strong development roadmap for the business
Support changes of new development, managing the changes on the agent’s side and communicate back to the business to ensure everyone is aligned

What we expect is:
Bachelor’s or master Degree in Computer Science, Information Management and/or min 1+ years’ experience in similar role
Experience with scripting languages (eg. Bash, Python, Ruby) in use for processes automation
Good knowledge of XML formats
Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables)
Familiarity with databases
Familiarity with Linux and knowledge of basic commands
Experience in using statistical packages for analysing datasets
Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
Accountability, proactivity and “Can do” attitude
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to identify anomalies and patterns
Experience in using scripting languages and an awareness and knowledge of industry-specific will be an asset
