For our Client we are looking for Software Engineer
Main tasks will be:
- Installs, test and debugs new applications and programs;
- Cooperative with development, infrastructure and DBAs;
- Regulate program execution for expected performance;
- Solving problems, finding the root cause and debugging the code;
- On-call rotation to support High Availability system;
- Control to errors and emergencies within applications and programs;
- Perform installation of code releases and patches and write scripts or programs for IT applications;
- Be asssitsent in the implementation and maintenance of databases and systems;
- Support non-production environments and production;
- Development & Support International & US Web application;
- Java/J2EE Application support ;
- Supply updates to management when needed for outage/escalations;
- Implementing and Identifying Proof-Of-Concepts;
- Grooming and review of Technical documents.
The Candidate should have:
- Experience in configuration, Build and Deploy of Weblogic, Webservices;
- Excellent knowledge in Unix, Batch process, watching the log files;
- Mimimum 5 years of IT experience in Java applications Development and Integration;
- Work on issues reported by Business teams based on predefined SLAs;
- Very good understanding on Development life cycle, build and deployment process;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Work experience and Proficient hands-on in full stack Java developments
- Knowledge and experience in Web application development (Weblogic, Java, Web Services, etc);
- Good understanding of Software development life cycle;
- Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL / SQL;
- Experience working on Production support environment;
- Higher Education on major Computer Science or equivalent combination of training and experience;
- Independent, team-oriented, detail-oriented, flexible, efficient and solution-oriented attitude;
- Superb analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a multilingual team;
- Very good English skills (written and spoken).
It would be a plus if the Candidate had: Agile development knowledge.
