Android/ Android TV Developer

Better Software Group is looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our product team.

The candidate will be responsible for:
Android/Android TV/Chromecast applications development
Participating in production monitoring and development of tools
Performing peer code reviews of components and modules

Requirements:
Willingness to work on B2B contract from the office in Wrocław
3+ years in high performance software development experience
Proficient in Java, Android SDK and Android Studio
Experience in developing commercial mobile Android applications and libraries
Experience in client/server applications (REST APIs, JSON, XML)
Deep understanding of object oriented design, software design patterns and core software concepts (multi-threading, memory management, security)
Familiarity with RxJava
Knowledge of latest technologies, trends and architectures
Experience with source control software (GIT)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Fluent English is a must

Nice to have:
Exposure to Test Driven Development
Good knowledge of Product and Engineering Processes
Familiarity with Continuous Integration
