Java Software Engineer

Intetics is looking for talented Java Developer in our office in Krakow, Poland.

About the project:
The project is a new platform for cross-media newsroom management targeted at medium-size and large publishing houses. It helps to plan appointments, manage stories, co-ordinate staff, control beats, and streamline cross-media workflows.
The project is cluster-based in the cloud which is currently used by more than 380 organizations all over the World (from USA to Australia).
Stack of used technologies is large and consists of: J2SE, GWT, Spring, SQL, Hibernate, Web services, XML, XSLT, etc.
Development process is based on TDD methodology together with SCRUM practices.
Quality assurance team provides the wide range of software testing services (tests management, bugs-tracking, automation, etc).
Client location: Hamburg, Germany.
Opportunity to relocate: Krakow, Poland.
Team size: 1 Project Manager / Technical Lead, 12 Software Developers, 3 QA Engineers, 1 DevOps.

Overall purpose of the role/key tasks:
This opportunity comes with the ability to help to сreate solutions by designing, developing, implementing, documenting and maintaining Java based components and interfaces supporting technology and product roadmaps:
Work within an agile delivery team to achieve customer excellence and drive platform innovation as a vehicle for product and platform efficiency.
Be responsible for the proposal and delivery of technical solutions and act as a technical authority on specified projects.
Work closely with senior and lead engineers to ensure that an optimal technical architecture is in place in order to support the product roadmap.

Requirements:
Technical background in Java technological stack.
Working in software development at least 3 years.
Linux expirience.
Analytical skills.
Team player.
