Business Analyst

Essentials Skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in the role as an IT Business/Systems Analyst, preferably in banking/finance/technology
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent; alternatively a similar education in the IT space.
• Experience of working with CMDB/Inventory Asset Management databases, Good understanding of Infrastructure Inventory – Databases, Web Servers, Servers, Network Devices, Storage
• Strong analytical skills, including how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into Requirements and Functional Specifications
• Ability to (proactively) interact with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that submitted requirements are reviewed and aligned with key features required to facilitate the selection / design of the new CMDB
• Contribute to a reduction of implementation risks by delivering high quality requirement specifications
• Collaborate with depending projects / releases, identifying and managing project dependencies
• Collaboration with other BA's, Product Managers, Project Managers, TDA's, Architecture and Engineering across the Hosting and Data Center Servicesteams to ensure high quality deliverables
• Elicitation-, analysis-, documentation-, supporting the prioritization of-, specifying- and communicating requirements, describing processes & use cases and proposing improvements, ensuring a common understanding between Business/Stakeholders and IT/Project.

Important information:

1. No opportunities for remote job, English is required.
2. Project duration: 1-2 years with the possibility of extension
3. Salary: 8.000 - 15.000 PLN net + other benefits
4. Contract: B2B or contract of employment
