Business Analyst

Essentials Skills

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Technical Business Analyst with experience in enterprise level ITSM systems.
• Background in enterprise level system performance analysis and KPI’s.
• Solid analysis and documentation skills.
• Excellent Stakeholder management.
• Excellent working knowledge and experience of SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• eliciting, understanding, interpreting and representing business requirements for functionality required in ServiceNow
• act as a liaison between the customer and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood.
• work with product management and technical design architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• partnering with customers on innovative ways to successfully transition from existing solution to strategic based on functional need (not lift and drop technology).
• active involvement with Quality Assurance teams in defining the QA strategy, test plans and use cases to validate solution.
• communicating planned and unplanned activities to appropriate parties as needed.

Important information:

1. No opportunities for remote job, English is required.
2. Project duration: 1-2 years with the possibility of extension
3. Salary: 8.000 - 15.000 PLN net + other benefits
4. Contract: B2B or contract of employment
