The tasks are related to the analysis, development and the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the CAP Expenditure Information Systems, inaccordance with the "Nature of the tasks" expected of a person proposed with the required profile, as described in the framework contract.
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
The Contractor's proposed persons must have a specific expertise as required by the framework contract for a Senior Analyst-Programmer at level 2 profile and in the technologies listed below:
• Microsoft Visual Studio
• .NET 3.5, C#
• MS MOSS
• SharePoint Designer
• Database servers : MS SQL Server, Oracle
The knowledge of the .Net world (Visual Studio, C#, ASP.Net) is mandatory in order to cope with the evolution of some very specific systems based on the Microsoft technologies. Additionally, an experience of at least 3 years in the following technologies and tools is required:
• HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript,
• SQL,
• PDF,
• Unicode.
An experience in the following technologies would be considered as an asset:
• A search engine tool (such as Autonomy IDOL, Apache Lucene, Microsoft FAST...).

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSThe Contractor's proposed person must have the minimal knowledge and skills that a person with this profile is expected to possess, as defined in the framework contract.
In accordance with the requirements of the framework contract, the Contractor's proposed persons must have in-depth knowledge of web content management applications, application development and a good knowledge of the design and development of document management and collaboration applications.
The Location of services delivery will be Brussels. Therefore, in accordance with the requirements of the framework contract, the Contractor's proposed persons must have the ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings and have ease of communication in English and/or French.
