For our Global Internal IT Team we are seeking the following:
IT System Administrator
Your main responsibilities:
- Maintain infrastructure solutions,
- Perform administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of system and network infrastructure,
- Implement new infrastructure solutions and integrate business services,
- Configure systems management tools for monitoring and capacity planning,
- Ensuring continuous operation of servers and services,
- Design solutions and processes to optimize operational efficiency, systems availability and performance,
- Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs,
- Assist other team members to complete assigned tasks to meet goals,
- Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components,
- Support in planning and implementation of projects / new designs,
- Produce and maintain detailed functional and operational documentation.
Our requirements:
- University Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or experience in related field,
- About 5 years of experience in engineering, systems administration or engineering support,
- Professional working proficiency in English language,
- Hands on experience with the implementation and administration of Microsoft technologies like: Active Directory, Exchange or Office 365, Lync, System Center Configuration Manager, Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016,
- Knowledge of virtualization solutions based on VMware,
- Knowledge of Symantec Backup Exec backup solution and other backup solutions,
- Knowledge of antivirus solutions included TrendMicro and ESET Nod,
- Functional understanding of networking; routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, proxy services, protocols and secure,
- Proven communications experience using SSL/TLS,
- Very good troubleshooting skills,
- Functional understanding of storage infrastructures,
- Cooperative and team oriented,
- Excellent command in modern communication tools.
