- Verification in close cooperation with the firmware and software development of complex locking systems merchantability due to different test methods
- Acceptance of closing components and the verification programming devices and desktop software required for the configuration
- Automate and manual testing of firmware and software
- Creating of test plans and test cases in test suites
- Providing the interface between development and product management by testing programming tools and configuration software with the SCRUM software development teams

Job Requirements :
- Electrical or software engineer

Job Description:

Our Client is a Swiss sky guide responsible for civil and military air traffic control and offers a position in its Data Services department. The main task is to carry out all necessary tasks to ensure that assigned equipment or projects are tested appropriately in the flight data processing domain, which involves organization, coordination, planning, technical analysis, and business logic analysis. The main aim is to ensure that the projects and equipment implement all regulations in force, guarantee a high level of reliability, availability and safety.
Tasks:
- Work in a challenging and fascinating environment as a Senior Software Test Engineer ensuring the quality of the architecture of our software application
- Gain a technical and functional understanding of the products' architecture and as a quality assurance analyst, become part of our ongoing feature and enhancement development effort
- Communicate with local application managers in creating acceptance tests as part of the requirements, and execute those tests manually, as well as automate them
- Manage the team's test case inventory
- Write automated tests at the unit, services/integration, and UI layers, using any required software automation tools
- Provide technical guidance, when needed to other members of Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, Product Management and Product Support
- Work proactively with all members of the team to find and fix defects in our product architecture
- Produce and maintain test coverage reports for functional and automation coverage
- Analyze defects/test results and be able to deduct the chain of events leading to a failure
- Provide feedback on how to improve our product solutions, tools and other technical software features

Job Requirements:

The department ensures flawless, regulatory compliant test data in the various test environments of the bank and allows medium state-of-the-art test automation, reliable and economic regression tests.
As a test data manager you have the overview which test data is used, where and for what purpose. Together with your team colleagues and colleagues you make an important contribution to effective testing. Large quantities of customer-identifying data are being tool based anonymized at each construction of the integration tests. The anonymization is performed automatically across all platforms and database systems used by the Company and shall be made across application-consistent. In addition, synthetic test data are generated automatically for various projects.
You have the opportunity to shape the development of test data management in the Company and to participate actively in the actual implementation for various areas of the Bank and various technologies.
Tasks:
- Design and specification of solutions for the provision of test data on the basis of projects and departments requirements
- Assisting in the design and implementation of new requirements of IT security to the test data management
- Training and operational ensuring compliance with the test data processes and policies
- Analysis of data structure changes and maintenance of anonymizing metadata
- Implementation of test data requirements into automated data test cases for dynamic creation of synthetic test data with TOSCA
- Identifying and documenting dependencies to ensure the smooth operation of test data creation
- Advice and active support of projects concerning Test data management
Job Requirements:
- Sound computer science education: education at advanced level
- Knowledge of test methods for structured testing: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level - Certification or adequate training
- At least five years of practical experience in the testing of software development projects as well as experience in the development of concepts and specifications
- Experience in the use of different database systems (eg. DB2, Oracle, Sybase) and knowledge of different platforms
- Good social and communication skills as a team player
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, lateral thinking
- Good work organization, precision and coordination skills
