Wymagania
Specific Accountabilities:
- Identifies and resolves issues with application, following agreed procedures
- Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics
- Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks
- ''Go Live" support after introduction of new solutions
- Supports the processing of service requests
- Configuration of software parameters to meet business requirements by using the existing data
- Handling of incidents and problems (2nd level support) and assignment, control and escalate to 3rd level support
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years IT support working experience (Application Support an advantage)
- ITIL Experience an advantage
- English language skills essential
