PO Sustainability Analyst


Job description:
The individual best suited for this role is technically oriented and contains project management skills as he/she will be expected to manage project related work while, as well as managing own priorities and tasks. This role requires an enthusiastic, action-oriented individual who is capable of independently solving a multitude of complex, technical problems. Furthermore, the ability to communicate with efficiency to both technical and business audiences is a critical component to this job function. This individual should have intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience. Experience using the ServiceNow application is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Support Project Management in Production Operations department.
• Provide project tracking, informational analysis, and administrative support to the team where required
• Support Sustainability leads and management team as required for projects and initiatives
• Supports reviews of Business as Usual (BAU) processes and their improvement
• Create and support weekly metrics and reporting
• Provide Command Center ServiceNow configuration support and drive enhancement requests to improve operational efficiency
• Create slides as needed for management presentation decks
• Create custom reports and data collections across multiple platforms and services
• Data handling within custom database and generate reports as required
• Maintains effective working relationships with IT and other key stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc jobs and work as necessary.

Requirements:
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow suite is an advantage
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Ability to problem solving
• Ability to handle phone calls in a professional and proficient manner
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to take criticism and coaching
• Drive for high customer service standards
• Ability to critically analyze data and develop reporting
