As CTO You will:

Report to CEO and sit in the Management Board;
Influence the whole company's strategy for the nearest and long-term future;
Work on highest technology tools and provide big scope decision on the technical expertise and security procedures;
Cooperate with Security and Development Teams, develop strategies and delegate projects to grow;
Contribute to the company's growth in Europe, Asia and USA, plan further expansion to new locations;

What we require from You:

Grounded (+8 years) experience in software engineering, preferably in front-end technologies;
Solid expertise (+4 years) in architecture, design and development;
Proven track record of working on several products at the same time;
Vast understanding of security and network protocols and procedures;
Strong experience in growing different applications, using different technologies and platforms;
Knowledge of architectural principles, frameworks, design patterns and industry best practices;
Good understanding of e-commerce and online business industries;

Additionally:

Fluency in English;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Agility;
Openness and creativeness;
Ability to multitask, work on several projects at the same time.
Ability to come up with new ideas, "stepping out of the box" attitude;
