- Providing the team a clear vision of objectives and tasks in the project,
- Team management (recruitment of new team members, including onboarding and motivation, inspiring the team, support their development, technology coaching) and being responsible for the team and its proper functioning
- Cooperation with customers, participation in meetings, business requirements analysis
- Design systems / database / infrastructure, proposing improvements in the area of technology, implementation of the system functionality, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader of IT team (5+ team members) working on the same project
- At least a year of experience in working with foreign customers (setting requirements, presenting the team results)
- A solid base in the field of object-oriented programming
- Very good knowledge of Java and at least one of the following programming languages: Python / Scala / C ++
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of the best practices of software development: design patterns, continuous integration, code review, unit / functional / regression tests
- Ability to create software, which can be easily modified with changing business requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes and take part in afternoon teleconferences
