Functional Analyst

We are a global leader in power and automation industry. We work within domain of Marketing & Sales, building tools to support sales engineers in daily operations. For our Lodz-based .NET web application team we are currently looking for Functional Analyst, who will work closely with Service Manager and Solution Architect to help us to gather and analyze requirements. This role is a challenge combining technical skills and IT experience with excellence in communication and project coordination. Wymagania

Tasks:
• Act as the main speaking partner for business analysts and business organization stakeholders in enhancing the application platform functional capabilities in order to support business process development;
• Write functional specification in close collaboration with business analyst;
• Support in gathering and documenting requirements;
• Maintain system configuration documentation such as user guidelines following change releases;
• Build knowledge base and coach the support team in populating and keeping knowledge base up-to-date;
• Build and maintain integration approaches between interconnected systems in close collaboration with Solution Architect and other Functional Analysts (integration design, documentation, information/data flow);
• Work closely with Functional Analysts, Solution Architects or Service Managers of other applications to ensure integrations can be developed and maintained with highest stability to avoid functional/data integration issues with downstream and upstream applications;
• Ensure complete and full functional requirements documentation to developers and review/approve the technical design and solution via integration testing;
• Communicate system functional capability best practices;
• Actively participate in collaboration & sharing of knowledge across the network of Business and Functional Analysts. Maintain expert network.

Requirements:
• Fluent spoken and written English, any other language will be a plus;
• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience;
• Ability to promote a team environment;
• 2 years in functional/business analyst function;
• Experience of web application development or management is a plus.
