Wymagania
Required competencies and skills:- Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline or equivalent experience
- 2 - 5+ years experience in Dynamics AX ERP 2009 and / or 2012 implementation and upgrade projects, including hands-on development, testing and technical support experience in key modules like General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Stock Management, Purchase and Procurement Management
- Proven experience of MS SQL Server (2005/2008)
- Professional Dynamics AX 2009 or/and AX 2012 certification will be considered a plus
- Strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and to effectively develop technical solutions to problems
- Ability to analyse and recommend solutions to resolve AX technical difficulties in a timely manner
- Motivation and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
- Excellent team leading, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to undertake extended business trips
- Strong command of English spoken and written is mandatory As the AX Developement Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the AX Project Manager and the AX Implementation Team on full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics AX 2012
- Lead a team of 4 AX Developers, plan, co-ordinate and oversee their work and support with best practices
- AX 2009 and AX 2012 developments required to meet extended business requirements
- Integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX with other business solutions
- Set up of new AX environments/ new DB's for implementation and production purposes
- Support IT Admins in technical AX system configuration issues
- Control AX production environment performance and efficiency
- Working on production support tasks in cooperation with local business teams
