BrowseLabs (www.browselabs.com) is an international incubator, founded by successful Entrepreneurs from San Francisco and Los Angeles. We are NOT a software house...we think that is boring ;-). We build cutting edge mobile and web applications to for our company, not for 3rd party customers. We then use our skills and knowledge to put millions of users on these applications, and launch them GLOBALLY.

We are currently looking for Web Developer that meet the following criteria:



  • Personal projects that show an aptitude for using HTML/CSS design and understanding of JS and PHP
  •  Passionate about delivering pixel perfect visual and functional designs in timely manners
  •  Knowledge of CSS, HTML, PHP, JS, PSD to HTML. And light PhotoShop/Illustrator is a plus.
  •  Experience creating responsive designs for mobile websites
  •  Experience integrating third party API's, using jquery and writing simple PHP scripts
Key Responsibilities:
  •  At least 2 years professional experience as a Web developer
  •  Proficiency with hand coding HTML/CSS, Javascript and PHP
  •  Online portfolio a must
  •  Strong English communication skills and a positive attitude
  •  Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  •  Passion for creating web experiences with simple, intuitive experiences that delight customers.
  •  Experience developing flows and interaction for complex web and mobile applications a plus
  •  Drink Beer, Play Video Games and Have fun!
  • Required Skills/Qualifications:
  •  Create beautiful, compelling websites and interaction experiences for web and mobile
  •  Drive projects from initiation to completion, including analyzing business and customer requirements and working with UX to optimize the user experience
  •  Solve complex interaction problems with simplistic approaches, illustrating your solution with user flows, wireframes, and visual mockups
  •  Self-motivated, and can excel in a team-based environment
  •  Collaborate cross-discipline with product managers, and engineers to ensure designs are scalable and feasible
  •  Present designs to engineers in a clean and organized fashion

Unlike traditional development shops, BrowseLabs does not accept product requirements and crank out code. We take active ownership of the product.
