• Manage and nurture a global team of FI-CO professionals
• Ensure the delivery of SAP services to the global finance community across our SAP platforms
• Address any incidents raised through the global Service Desk
• Ensure close collaboration with all IT stakeholders, especially with the Service Delivery function and the Service Desk personnel
• Increase the First-Call Resolution rate of SAP FI-CO related requests by developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the Service Desk
• Implement Changes agreed with the business utilizing the off-shore SAP Delivery resources
• Serve as an escalation point and coordinator in case of major incidents or in critical situations
• Support SAP roll-out projects as required
• Perform in adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
• Train and coach new employees in terms of Service Management
• Ensure proper documentation and execute training of the SAP FI-CO Key Users
• Provide leadership for SAP FI-CO community and act as a thought leader for the practice
Wymagania
• Master's degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience• Minimum of 5+ years of working experience as Service Manager in an SAP environment or similar position in-house in an international corporation or international managed services or consulting provider
• Experience in applying and running ITIL processes within international organizations
• Experience in managing diversified team located across the globe and/or virtual teams
• Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills.
• Position is based in Warsaw, Poland - Travel requirements: 30%
• Fluent in English is a must. German would be a strong additional asset
