• Accurately log customer calls into the customer support database.
• Manning the reseller and end user telephone system.
• Administrating the International Customer database by entering and verifying registrations.
• Provision of detailed bug reports for the Engineering bug-fix process.
• Provision of customer education.
• Minor technical troubleshooting and maintenance on our products, on site where appropriate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the German and English language.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Windows XP.
• Good team player with both adaptability and flexibility.
