Currently, for our Client we're looking for Product Support Engineer to join our smart and talented team.
WymaganiaWHAT YOU WILL DO AS A PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER? • Help customers with issues related to hardware, software and firmware
• Reproduce customers' issues, trouble shoot, debug, analyze and coordinate customers' support cases
• Product testing
• Everyday contact and cooperation with customers, development team and the Product Owner
• Work within Kanban/Agile methodologies
WHAT WILL PREPARE YOU FOR SUCCESS?
• Min. 2 years of working experience in product support
• Very good knowledge of SQL and RDBMS (MsSQL or Oracle)
• Working experience in server technologies like: Apache or Tomcat
• Theoretical knowledge of SOAP or REST Web Services
• Self-motivation, flexibility and initiative
• Knowledge of Java programming will be an asset
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
