Manager .NET Consulting you provide the team with necessary vision and enable the team to reach and exceed goals and motivate for exceptional performance. As a role model the team manager "leads by example", coaches and ensures single team members and the teams optimized performance and cooperation.
Wymagania
Responsibilities:
You advise the customer on the spot about the technologies and developments established and cooperate with the technical departments of the client´s customer.
You are involved in the entire project life cycle and support the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing solutions.
As .Net Consultant you develop software solutions and concepts and assure the integration into the existing system and the software architecture.
Within the development process, you create object-oriented analysis and development processes.
As a Manager (team leader) you are additionally responsible for ensuring the team is consistently delivering high standards, is aware of priorities and lead regarding implementation of process methodologies to achieve and exceed team objectives.
Requirements:
IT-related degree or comparable training.
More than three years (Senior: five years) experience in the development and excellent end levels for Microsoft.NET (C #).
Experience in the following technologies is a plus: ASP.NET, WPF , WCF , Silverlight , HTML , XAML and SQL.
Solid experience in the analysis and resolution of complex IT problems with and can discuss with technical and non - technical colleagues.
Manager: three years+ leadership experience in a comparable task
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a Benefit.
