Develop small-scale automated solutions for routine tasks
Deploy and install physical and virtual servers, applications and other IT components
Configure and use monitoring and management tools to detect and identify problems
Diagnose and solve server, network, and application problems
Analyze Internet access problems, respond to security issues
Collect operational data, prepare reports
Work with the supervisor to ensure consistent service quality
Cooperate with technical specialists within SSC
Cooperate with vendors in implementation and technical support tasks
Wymagania
Previous experience of using enterprise IT solutionsWorking experience in a multinational firm is an advantage
Knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows client and server operating systems, Internet technologies
Knowledge of network and server monitoring and diagnostics tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio
Knowledge and experience in any of the following systems or processes is advantage: Microsoft PowerShell, network devices, network protocols, server virtualization, firewalls, patch management, backup solutions, Linux, Microsoft SQL, mobile device management, Microsoft Active Directory
ITIL foundation knowledge is advantage Languages
English – advanced level, both written and spoken
