Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for applying Software engineering methods for developing various solutions and products operating on Unix and Windows platforms.
The responsibilities include: development of low level requirements, implementing functionality based on requirements, writing user manuals, unit testing, functional testing (manual and auto) and participating in system integration testing.
Project uses Agile methodologies.
Wymagania
Specific Skills• Masters Degree in IT/Telecommunication field or similar • Practical knowledge of Linux (Red Hat) or Windows platforms (server and workstation) from user and administrator perspectives
• Strong programming skills in at least two of the following scripting languages: Shell, Perl, Python, VBScript, PowerShell
• Must be a great team player
• Must be a very good troubleshooter with an analytic approach to given tasks and problems
• Must be highly motivated, accurate and precise person
• Must have an ability to learn new skills quickly and to switch tasks and/or used technologies
• Have to be self-driven and creative
• Must have common sense and be able to speak freely
• Must show attention to details
• Must be able to collaborate with onsite and offsite teams
• Fluent English
Familiarity with some of the following will be a big plus:
• Programming languages: C/C++, Java, C#, PHP
• Networking protocols and network services
• Security aspects in Windows systems
• Active Directory
• Virtualization (based on VMware vSphere / ESXi)
• WIX/InstallShield
