We're looking for someone like that who can:
– take line management responsibilities for European Offshore Delivery Centers (ODCs) staff
– facilitate resourcing in ODCs (including analyzing demand vs. supply and processing onboarding and offboarding requests)
– be a central point of contact for questions /queries relating to ODCs and a liaison to our strategic suppliers
– create management reporting (e.g. recruitment, attrition)
– make sure regulations are followed and track compliance with processes

You'll be working with the EMEA Application Delivery team based in Wroclaw. We are a part of international team supporting 500+ UBS staff - a diverse group of technology teams across Europe.

– ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
– an analytical mind
You are:
– a good facilitator and negotiator
– well organized and diligent with methodical planning skills
– able to quickly understand and process data (pivot tables in MS Excel are nothing new to you)
– always willing to improve the existing processes and think ahead
– fluent in English
