As a Vendor Service Manager you will be a part of an international team supporting 500+ UBS staff across Europe. In this role you will take responsibility for a pool of vendor ODCs (Offshore Delivery Centres) resources in several locations. The role will be located in the UBS office in Wroclaw.


• Analyzing demand vs. supply
• Processing requests for new resources and initiating on/off boarding of resources
• Being a central point of contact for resource pool questions/queries with both UBS and vendor teams
• Keeping UBS resource systems up to date and ensuring processes are followed accurately
• Liaising with vendor and internal UBS teams to ensure compliance with mandatory training, requests for info etc.
• Supporting other Vendor Service Managers and their areas
• Preparing and maintaining essential Management Information covering skills mix, costs
• Ensuring local rules and regulations are adhered to in relevant location


Requirements: • Fluent written and spoken English
• Good communication skills - a good facilitator and negotiator
• Analytical skills – able to quickly understand and process data
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
