W config.inc.php ustawiłem "AllowNoPassword" na true. Co najciekawsze: bez problemu wchodzi do bazy danych i pobiera z niej dane, zarówno jak korzystam z apki przez Google Chrome czy PhpStorm. Jednak jak wpiszę w wyszukiwarce "localhost/phpmyadmin", niestety wymaga podania hasła i nazwy użytkownika, przy czym ciągle pojawia się błąd logowania oraz informacja, że wymagane jest wpisanie hasła (wbrew komendzie w config.inc.php).
