Answer:
Say you have 3 hosts all pointing to your dynamic IP address, host1.afraid.org, host2.afraid.org and host3.afraid.org. You would want to go into the subdomains area, and make host2.afraid.org and host3.afraid.org a CNAME record to host1.afraid.org, then any change you make to host1.afraid.org will show up on the other 2 hosts automatically.
