Wykonałem rejestrację na stronę kolegi:

Plik rejestracji.php bo php zbiera sobie ref_id z urla, potem do pól użytkownik wpisuje dane, walidacja client-side przy pomocy javascript, a następnie walidacja server-side przy pomocy php i od razu rejestracja.
Jakieś uwagi/błędy?
Tak, nie działa bez javascriptu w ogóle ;)

Nie dziwię się. Dlatego nie waliduj emaila regexem.
Prosty test - twój regex przepuści email w postaci [email protected]? Bo jeśli nie to będę klął rejestrując się na takiej stronie. Trafiłem na wiele takich stron. A to jedna z najbardziej oczywistych rzeczy przy walidacji :|.
Poważnie. Nie waliduj w ogóle (i tak wysyłasz wiadomość do potwierdzenia, nie?) albo weź porządną bibliotekę do tego.

Naprawdę nie rozumiem na czym polega problem z napisaniem do tego wyrażenia regularnego.
