Jak ustawić stały rozmiar JtextField?

Jak ustawić stały rozmiar JtextField? Chodzi mi o to że jak wpisze dużo tekstu ma się nie zwiększać. Kombinowałem w properties-> maximumsize, minimumsize, prefferedsize ale nic z tego nie działa.

Możesz pokazać kod. Nigdy nie widziałem JTextField, który by się rozrastał.
