Android Studio. Jak dodać opis?

W zakupionej aplikacji znajduje się instrukcja, osoba od której apkę kupiłem napisała, że mam plik activity_instruction.xml i według niego mam się wzorować.
Jednak nie rozumiem w jaki sposób dodać tu treść i obrazek.
Treść znajduje się w pliku strings.xml, a odnośnika do obrazka nie widzę w pliku activity_instruction.xml.

Prosiłbym o informację co zrobić, aby dodać jeszcze jeden opis wraz ze zdjęciem.
