[jTable - Swing] zmiana wartości w tabeli

Cześć,
Mam problem. Mam tabelę 3x5 i chcę stworzyć taką funkcję, która w każdej komórce podniesie ich wartość do kwadratu.
Muszę pobrać wartość każdej komórki tylko nie wiem jak [glowa]
Ta funkcja zamienia mi wartości komórek na 0. Jak ją przerobić, żeby żeby liczyła kwadraty liczb?
