Adres IP serwera winsock/c++

Znacie jakiś sposób na otrzymanie ip strony interetowej w C++/winsock. Przykładowo chodzi mi o funkcję, której argumentem będzie adres www, a wartością zwracaną string z ip. Byłbym wdzięczny za pomoc, to bardzo dla mnie ważne.

Proszę o wyrozumiałość jestem nowy na forum :)

No z takim zestawem narzędzi to pewnie tylko implementacja DNS. Wydaje mi się, że winapi wśród swoich sieciowych narzędziach posiada jakąś implementację komunikacji z serwerem DNS.
