Rozwinę trochę problem bo nie mam już pojęcia co robić.
Tak więc testowo użyłem przykładowego dostawcy MembershipProvider z msdn (aby zobaczyć jak to wszystko działa) tylko przerobiłem kod na bazę Sql Server 2005 Express:
