GOG.com is calling out to all master coders who want to enhance our extraordinary team as a PHP Web Developer. Join us in creating a beautifully designed, modern website using all the cutting-edge technologies. This position will give you the opportunity to develop the GOG.com website even further (yes, we want your awesome input!), as well as allow you to play a key role in a variety of brand new R&D projects.

Wymagania i obowiązki

Responsibilities:

Work on new projects, from conception to deployment in the production environment.
Maintain and support existing code.
Stay up to date with all emerging new web technologies.
Influence the team's choice of technologies to solve different problems.

Requirements:

2+ years of proven web development experience.
Mastery in PHP5 and OOP practices.
Good grasp of javaScript and understanding of HTML/CSS code.
Knowledge of MySQL databases.
Familiarity with best security practices.
Ability to work with source control tools (SVN, Git).
Willingness to learn, grow and gather new experiences.
Ability to easily communicate in English.
An overwhelming desire to code the best web sites on the Internet.

Pluses:

Knowledge of Symfony2 or any other PHP modern framework.
Experience with other web-related technologies or other programming languages.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Passion for gaming, game services, and online communities.
