Sharepoint Architect

Administration and support of the SharePoint infrastructure used by multiple business units for collaboration, content management and business support functions
SharePoint Installation, configuration and administration installation of service packs and Cumulative updates
Apply server knowledge to check overall health and functionality, utilization, installation of service packs
Provide end user support and troubleshooting
Creation and troubleshooting of workflows
Analyze ULS Logs
Managing and checking the overall server health and functionality
Regular review of the events and messages reported in Event Viewer and Performance Monitor
Participate in and drive continuous improvement of the SharePoint infrastructure services
Ability to multi-task and coordinate problem resolution management
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external users
Troubleshoot problems and take the appropriate corrective action
Document standards and operating procedures and acting as technical resource to the IT staff and systems users
Interact with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions
Develop and deliver progress reports on projects, migrations, upgrades, etc.
Moving/copying sites
Regularly analyzing SharePoint content and storage Monitoring SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)
Installation and Maintenance of any Plug-in, Feature, Web Part, Template or Solution, including 3rd party software or applications
Creation and maintenance of Sites and Site Collections
Creation and maintenance of documentation for SharePoint infrastructures, deployments, and service specifications
Through understanding of SharePoint Permissions.

Wymagania

Fluent in English at least CEFR C1 level
At least Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field experience
2+ years of SharePoint experience on the SharePoint server
3 years of experience with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer and other Office programs
Troubleshooting experience with Windows, IIS, SQL and SharePoint, scripting experience with Windows PowerShell a plus
Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2010 out of box features. Experience with SharePoint 2013 would be a bonus
Some development experience with html, JavaScript, css, SharePoint Designer, small app development helpful
Analytical, investigative, active listening and questioning skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Details oriented and excellent organizational skills with ability to work alone
Strong service mindset and customer dedication
Professional, emotionally mature and ethical
Must demonstrate willingness to learn and explore new skills as per project needs
