Internal IT Helpdesk - entry level position

Macrobond is a fast growing global information services firm. We offer analytical applications and data to major financial institutions, academics and governmental organizations worldwide. Currently we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Data & Development Centre in Szczecin.

Job description:
• Provide remote IT-related help to our internal users
• Keep our desktops up-to-date with the latest updates
• Train computer users, create internal documentation
• Setup computers for new employees
• Seek efficiency in the own and other's work routines
• Identify and resolve technical and organizational problems
• Enforce the IT security policy
• Help with ongoing internal projects which might include:
- Maintaining content on our websites
- Web research
- Finding, reproducing and reporting bugs in our software

Wymagania

Required qualifications:
• Being service-oriented
• Willingness to learn and research on your own
• Power-user level knowledge of the Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office environment
• Readiness to work in the late shift [ till ~18:30-19:30 ]
• Good written and spoken English is essential Additional qualifications that will be welcome:
• Basic level knowledge of the computer networks, Voice over IP – SIP
• Experience with administration of Windows Server, Debian Linux
