Java Team Leader

For our Client, German company, we are looking for an experienced Java Team Leader to join Cracow's office. Main tasks resolve around managing small scrum team of programmers along with software development in the 50/50 role division. Development role focuses on designing, coding and analyzing Company's main product. Leadership function requires proficient command of English, both written and spoken due to an international environment. Knowledge of any other european language is an asset, preferably German.

The Candidate should have strong leadership skills combined with hands on experience in software development. Postion requires knowledge of Java and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP, XML) as well as Spring framework, XML and databases.
