ABOUT THE JOB
OpusCapita's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence team creates solutions for knowledge work automation. It is presumed to be one of the most significant disruptive technologies, its financial significance during the next ten years being on the same level with internet of things and mobile internet. The team follows up the development in automation technology field and applies the advancements in its solutions. The team is a part of Finance and Accounting Outsourcing business unit.
Due to a fast growing business, OpusCapita is searching for skilled fast learners to strengthen our RPA business capabilities.
As an RPA Developer you will identify tasks with automation potential together with customers and implement automation with RPA and other applicable technologies. You will be involved in developing the best practices for our RPA operations. You will support and train automation specialists in local production teams.
The job requires basic understanding of financial processes, IT and software development. General ability to understand business and information processes will help to extend your professional responsibilities in the future.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU?
Key Requirements:
-Thirst to learn and become a key expert in RPA
-IT understanding and basics of software development (VB and C#)
-Ability to fluently understand customers' financial and other business processes
-Relevant university education
-Fluent written and spoken English (and Finnish for Helsinki based candidates)
-Enthusiastic and unprompted attitude for implementing and developing new operations
Other Desired Attributes:
-Experience in process development and documentation
-Wider software development skills and experience in software testing
-Knowledge about machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
-Wider understanding or experience in financial and accounting processes
-Willingness to travel mainly in Europe and work in an international environment
-Other language skills
