Support for end-to-end process review in x-sell, reporting and incentive area. Identification of the possible optimization and leading and implementing necessary changes.
Development and implementation of strategy for the whole unit.
Delivers process automation, its proper design and DWH coding (using SAS environment)
Develops and executes strategy for data-warehouse and reporting tools and techniques.
Experience with projects or/and processes related to data warehouse/ data bases preparation.
Builds effective processes within the unit with putting impact of common approach in the whole unit.
Ensures partnership with all DM areas. Partner with business, technology, operation and other units in ensuring efficient data flow between all engaged parties.
Ensures that effective controls are developed and maintained across the teams. Takes corrective action, as appropriate.
Driving effective usage of data, promote data driven culture in decision making
Wymagania
- 2 years of experience in the processing and analysis of data in the financial institution.
- Higher education degree in science (Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Machine Learning or Statistics etc.).
- Strong background and experience in process review and automation.
- Very good knowledge of SQL, 4GL, SAS and data warehouses
- Very good knowledge of English spoken and written
- Nice to have experience in programming or scripting in at least one modern language, including statistical packages (R, Matlab, Gauss, C++, Java, Python etc)
- Deep understanding, analysis and mining of large sets of structured and semi-structured data.
- Knowledge of distributed computing solutions and ability to leverage them towards gaining faster insights from data.
- Analytical, drawing conclusions and results presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
