Working for major international companies throughout Poland, our clients include IT outsourcing centres, customer services departments, call centres and other Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centres which are looking for native speakers and multilingual staff. We deal in both permanent and temporary jobs. At present, approximately 90% of our vacancies are for permanent full-time jobs, varying from administrative to executive level.

Job Description

• Monitoring

• Configure Notification Settings

• Investigate and Respond to Notifications and Alerts

• Monitor System Health Using Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators

• Check Network Health

• Benchmark System Response Times

• Generate Throughput and Security Audit Reports (incl. licensing monitoring)

• Application Administration

• Stop and start Windchill environment as needed

• Proactive monitoring and management of log files

• Proactively address and resolve system alerts

• Manage publishing queues and CAD worker configuration

• Refresh test system with production data.

• Provide application performance tuning as per vendor best practices

• Manage service packs and patches

• Work with customer IT to support OS and infrastructure maintenance
